Hey girly, I’m Freddy! I started my fitness journey almost 4 years ago as a creative outlet to get myself to be more fit! Two years into my journey, I was in love with everything fitness and doing everything I could to research more about the human body, including how to put on muscle mass successfully. I started to love it so much, I started to work with other women to help them unlock their highest potential in the gym! I am a fitness group instructor, NASM-certified personal trainer, and online fitness coach.

As a trainer, I want to offer more than just workouts and meal plans. My goal is to help people create a change in their lifestyle and fitness that’s beyond the duration of our time working together! I want to give knowledge, workout regimens, delicious hearty meal plans, and general health advice to help transform you into your ideal body!

So if you’re looking to shred stubborn body fat, get strong as hell, build confidence, and feel like your best self this is the program for you! We will accomplish these goals in a healthy, sustainable way. It’s a journey that becomes a lifestyle, not a MF race!
